Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner
Executive Chef Nicholas Moulton is exited to pair with Sierra Nevada Brewery to host a 5-course beer and tasting dinner on May 22 at 6:30PM. A representative from Sierra Nevada will be on-site to offer a brief education about the five selected styles as diners enjoy them paired with delicious housemade selections from one of the county's top chefs. Stick around affer the event for a tasting of some of Sierra Nevada's more exotic beers, hosted on-premise by Kelly's Package Store.
The pairings:
1. Kellerweis - House cured salmon gravlax, horseradish creme fraiche, rye roast
2. Summerfest - Grilled zucchini + squash, housemade fennel sausage, tomato, chili flake, foraged ramps
3. Pale Ale - Roasted free-range chicken thigh, crispy skin, kale, oyster mushrooms, chicken jus
4. Torpedo - Seared fish, crispy potato, watercress, salsa verde
5. Porter - Chocolate banana bread pudding, cinnamon anglaise
Tickets are $60 and seating is limited, so advance purchase is strongly recommended.
